Prasit Luekrajangtham
With over 25 years of experience practicing law, Prasit specializes in real estate development. He has collaborated with some of Thailand’s leading listed real estate development and hotel operation companies, acquiring extensive expertise in the industry.
His experience spans a wide range of property and land transactions, including land acquisition, large-scale mixed-use developments, ultra-luxurious residential and condominium projects, commercial malls, office buildings, and budget residential projects in Indonesia and India. He has also played a key role in hotel developments in the Maldives and the Philippines. Additionally, he has in-depth expertise in the process of introducing real estate into Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), guiding clients through the complexities of structuring and managing these investments. He has also been involved in the largest and most significant real estate developments in the Maldives.
Prasit possesses a comprehensive understanding of real estate regulations and laws, particularly those related to large-scale projects, international real estate development, and collaboration with government agencies and regulators to secure licenses and approvals for real estate ventures.
