Thanavit has been an integral part of Intellectual Property Department of ILCT., Ltd., serving as an Associate for over four years since 2016 before rejoining in 2024. With extensive expertise in Intellectual Property Law, he provides strategic and professional legal counsel to both domestic and international clients, guiding them through the complexities of IP registration and protection in Thailand and multiple jurisdictions. His role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including handling oppositions, counterstatements, appeals, and cancellation/invalidations before the Department of Intellectual Property and the Thai Central Intellectual Property and International Trade Court. Additionally, he is actively involved in various IP litigation matters, ensuring that the clients receive comprehensive legal support to safeguard their Intellectual Property rights effectively.
