Thrilled to announce that our partner, Ms. Ratinuch Kawnachaimongkol, was invited as a guest speaker at a recent seminar, “Strategies for international Investments, IP & Data Protection Abroad”, co-hosted by Macao Victory Group International and Anli & Partners, held in Hangzhou, China, on October 23, 2024. She shared expert insights on Thailand’s investment landscape and IP protection, spotlighting exciting opportunities for international collaboration and growth.

At the 2023 MARQUES Annual Conference with the theme of “In Brands We Trust: The Next Frontier” in Berlin, our Partner, Titirat Wattanachewanopakorn, attended sessions that addressed, in particular, how diversity and the cultural environment will affect brand authenticity. The insightful discussion topics during the conference covered Piloting Brands; Risks and Rewards for brands in the metaverse; how culture affects brand strategies; steering brands in a time of crisis; new rules for e-commerce and AI, Tik-Tok, and influencers. The event was a great opportunity to foster and further connections with clients and IP colleagues from all corners of the world.
