SELIC Corp Public Company Limited acquisition deal was successfully closed on 4 January 2019.
Another historical acquisition deal was successfully closed on 4 January 2019. Our client SELIC Corp Public Company Limited (listed on the MAI), is one of the biggest manufacturers of adhesives to be used on all kinds of products from footwear, F&B, packaging to construction, automotive and electronic, has acquired 100% ordinary shares in PMC Label Materials group both in Thailand and Singapore, a bigger-sized company which manufactures high quality self-adhesive labels, without being subject to the backdoor listing requirements.
