Business Development/Business Executive
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT and/or related field (if with Law degree is a plus)
- Experience at least 2 – 4 years in business development and/or public relations especially for a law firm or consulting firm.
- Excellent in spoken and written English (with Chinese is a plus)
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong networking and social skills
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare competitive, client research projects, conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities;
- Creating and implementing strategies and identifying new markets to enter;
- Assist with the development of practice materials and the creation of customized pitch materials and PowerPoint presentations;
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, business partners, other law firms in the network via email, phone and in-person; act as first reception point for call-in or walk-in clients when a partner is not available to handle;
- Coordinating, arranging client events and able to work with the firm’s worldwide networks and foreign clients, attend seminars meetings, webinar, appointments, conferences, writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates and briefing documents for internal and external meetings; (Coordinates logistic for business development events);
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients;
- Creating and maintaining client databases and Updates master client mailing list;
- Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management;

Assistant to Office Manager
Qualifications:

Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist Office Manager in administrating and managing the law firm;
- Welcome visitors with a smile, smart looking and a positive and professional personality;
- Maintain the reception area and ensure that the meeting and offices are kept smart and tidy;
- Operate switchboard and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Take and distribute accurate messages;
- Updates the telephone directory when any change of relate telephone information;
- Assist in arranging accommodation, transportation, travel insurance, ticketings for employees;
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages, mails and documents;
- Check time attendance of staff, telephone records and do related reports;
- Coordinate with suppliers (purchase) and contract with outsource;
- Provide administrative supports as assigned;
- Coordinating with our internal teams;

Associate/Senior Litigator
Qualifications:
- Admitted in Thailand, an Ordinary Membership of the Thai Bar Association will be an advantage. 5 – 10 years’ experience in dispute resolution (litigation and/or arbitration); experience in handling and/or supporting international litigation and/or arbitration will be a plus.
- Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written).
- Able to work long hours under pressure.
- Able to work as a team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle trial work in litigation and/or arbitration, especially in commercial, investment, construction, real estate, and intellectual property disputes.
- Prepare documentary evidence and witnesses for the hearings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, negotiate claims in and out of court, handle court-supervised mediation, and prepare settlement agreements.
- Manage cases either as a lead litigator or supporting litigator under the supervision of a senior litigator or a partner;
- Prepare monthly reports on the status of the cases and liaise with the clients;
- Deal with court and Judgment Execution Department officials; handle judgment executions and officially-supervised public auctions.

Associate/Senior Associate – Land & Real estate
Qualifications:
- Age above 27 years old
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (oversea education or training will be an advantage)
- More than 5-10 years of experience related to property, real estate, condominiums, and mortgages
- Great command of English and Thai (spoken and written)
- Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:
- Able to conduct legal research and prepare opinions;
- Able to conduct land and factory due diligence investigation, registration of the transfer of land or property, condominium, mortgage;
- Able to carry out necessary supporting works for other departments;
- Able to draft, review, revise the agreements for land sale and purchase, lease, villa sale and the purchase, servitude, mortgage etc. and able to assist the client in negotiating the terms therein;
- Support and carry out further assignments, upon senior litigator or Partners’ instructions.
Associate (Intellectual Property Practice Area)
Qualifications:
- Age 25 -35 years
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Laws
- Experience 1-5 years
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
- Registering trademarks abroad and in Thailand on behalf of the clients
- Preparing and submitting applications up until completion of the registrations and resolve any difficulties that may arise
- Responding to client’s trademarks related enquiries
- Conducting trademark search and providing legal opinion regarding the availability and registrability of trademarks
- Responding to the official notices issued by the Trademark Registrar
- Drafting an appeal, opposition, cancellation petition
- Drafting and reviewing agreements per client’s instruction and providing comments or proposing amendments relating thereto
- Conducting legal research regarding Intellectual Property matters and providing legal opinion to the clients
- Translating all supporting documents/application forms/goods & services description
- Other duties as assigned by senior associate and Partner regarding Intellectual Property matters
Patent Specialist/Technician
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality
- Age 25 – 30 years
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Material Science, Telecom, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnological, Electronical, Electrical or any related fields
- Experience 0 – 3 years
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
- Translating and Proofreading patent specification and conducting patent search
- Overseeing the prosecution of patents for both local and international clients
- Supporting Associates and our IP Practice Group by preparing applications and related documents for submission to the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Ministry of Commerce, and all relevant authorities etc.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- 0-2 years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or any related position experience as a secretary (law firm background will be an advantage)
- Good command of English and Thai (speaking and writing)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, internet
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability

Responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining the database, work files and schedules for Partners, Associates and General Practice as well as drafting general correspondences, reports, memos, etc.

- Supporting Partners, Associates and our IP Practice Group by preparing applications and related documents for submission to the Department of Intellectual Property (DIP), Ministry of Commerce, and all relevant authorities, etc.

Legal Research & Development
Qualifications:
- Age 25++ years
- A law degree (Master’s degree preferred) from a local or foreign university
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in legal R&D work or having successfully completed a graduate thesis or research paper in law, will be preferred

- Good command of English & Thai (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
- Research and monitor regulations and legal updates, and keep internal references up to date
- Assist the lawyers and Partners in drafting newsletters and articles for the firm’s website and publications, with appropriate legal terminology either in Thai or English or both
- Filing hard and digital copies of legal publications, articles, laws, and regulations into the internal records
